Meet the Team![]() Amy Galvin (nee Dolan) GSR, BSc (hons), Dip FTST. Amy first trained as a personal trainer & massage therapist over 10 years ago, she then went on to complete a 4 year degree in Sports Rehabilitation (similar to physiotherapy) and is also a fully certified Pilates Instructor with the Pilates Institute. Amy specialises in injury rehabilitation and clinical Pilates for low back pain but is equally as proficient at creating effective fitness training routines. Amy takes aspects from all her areas of training & expertise when working with clients to find the perfect solution and balance for their individual health & fitness needs. Amy believes the key to achieving optimal health lies in creating balance in your life, a combination of exercise, proper nutrition, good biomechanics, stress management and rest, if one of these components is out it will effect the way your body functions. Clinton retrained as a personal trainer after moving to the UK from South Africa 3 years ago. Having always been involved in sport (he was a National inline skater!) and healthy living he decided this would be a career he was very well suited to and really enjoys the sense of reward that comes from helping people to become fitter, healthier and happier individuals. Clinton specialises in core stability, functional training, flexibility and sports conditioning. He provides a fresh and innovative approach to training, creating bespoke programmes tailored to meet your specific training goals. He’ll supply the tools and motivation you need to take your training to new levels, lose body fat and change your body composition.
![]() Martha Grover STOTT Pilates instructor and Z Health Coach. Martha trained and toured as a professional contemporary dancer, during which time she developed a deeper understanding of the body and movement. She has also been practicing Pilates and Yoga for over 10 years and has always had a passion for healthy, well-balanced living. She therefore decided to train in STOTT Pilates and soon became a skilled instructor. This gave her a desire to be at the forefront of health and fitness training, which in turn lead her to train in Z Health, a cutting-edge form of body conditioning. Becoming the first Z Health coach in London, as a movement integration and re-education specialist, Martha has been helping her clients achieve amazing results. Martha’s passion and enthusiasm for everyone to experience the benefits of a pain free, healthy life takes the boredom out of training and enables her clients to have fun whilst achieving their ultimate goals! ![]() Zamri Ismail, MSc., BEng., DipPT, MAT Personal Trainer and Manual Therapist. Zamri holds a bachelor degree as well as a master degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London. He was in the middle of doing a PhD in the same subject when he decided on a complete change of direction and enrolled on a Diploma of Personal Training course with Premier Training International. He gained both personal training and sports massage therapy qualifications in 2006 and has worked as a personal trainer and sports massage therapist ever since. Zamri is passionate about the positive benefits of corrective exercise and sports injury rehabilitation. He finds his knowledge of engineering is invaluable when identifying the mechanics of injuries, biomechanics of the musculoskeletal system, how forces act on joints and the suitability of any given exercises for any given joints.
Zamri qualified as a Muscle Activation Techniques (MAT) Jumpstart Practitioner in July 2008. MAT is a revolutionary new tool in the rehabilitation of injuries and chronic muscle pain. Zamri incorporates MAT in his personal training and massage therapy sessions with fantastic results with clients suffering from problems such as shoulder impingement syndrome, tennis elbow, knee and hip pain and lower back pain.
![]() Susie Nicholson BSc, MCSP Physiotherapist & Pilates Instructor Susie qualified as a physiotherapist from The University of Nottingham in 2004. After qualifying she worked with diverse patient groups at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Teaching Hospitals in London before specialising in Musculo-skeletal physiotherapy treating sports related injuries, as well as back and neck pain. Previously Susie has also spent time working with the Nottingham County Cricket Team. More recently she has trained as an APPI Pilates class instructor and enjoys being able to integrate this into her treatment approach. Susie is particularly interested in pregnancy related conditions and enjoys helping stay healthy and return to fitness after childbirth. Lucia Cesarini Reflexologist & Massage Therapist Lucia qualified as a massage therapist in 2002 and gained her diploma in Reflexology the following year. She has since worked for various organisations such as, the Complementary Health Trust, MIND, Together, the Ealing Carers’ Centre, and privately from her own practice in West London. Lucia is very passionate about her job and has achieved great success in treating various conditions, such as: muscular injuries, joint problems, chronic fatigue, depression and anxiety; and stress related problems such as IBS and insomnia. Lucia has a holistic approach to treatment, taking into account the individual’s body, mind and emotions to achieve the best results with every session. Patricia Ezechie
Yoga Teacher
Patricia Ezechie is the Director of Yoga Siromani. She has been practising yoga for over twelve years and holds yoga teaching qualifications from both the Sivananda School and The British Wheel of Yoga.
Patricia was a Director and Customer Relationship Marketing Consultant to blue chip companies for over 10 years. She is currently completing an Msc. in the Psychobiology of Stress at Roehampton University, and launching a software business delivering a bespoke teaching aid for yoga professionals. Her unique combination of skills, professional background and experience and knowledge of yoga and its benefits, gives her a profound understanding and insight into how yoga can be used to help to reduce stress and tension, and help bring and maintain balance in everyday life.
She is committed to introducing others to the benefits of yoga and how it can help them to exist better in the world, how it can enrich their lives, and how it can help them to stay connected, maintaining both physical and mental health.
Kristian Ives
Nutritional Therapist
Kristian is a qualified nutritional therapist (DipION). She trained for three years at the renowned Institute of Optimum Nutrition. Kristian is a passionate advocate of how simple dietary changes can make a big difference to your health. She is a keen cook and strongly believes that healthy eating is not about abstinence but about balancing nutritious food with occasional indulgences.
Before embarking on her career in nutritional therapy Kristian spent 10 years working as an accountant at one of London's leading firms. She is also mum to a young son. Kristian uses her varied experience and in depth knowledge of nutrition to ensure that her recommendations are always practical and achievable, whatever your lifestyle.
Kristian is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapists (BANT) and is regulated by its code of ethics.
