Come and join us for the Autumn Boot Camp, don't let the change in season get you down, early morning exercise will help you feel energised and positive and ready to take on the world! The itinerary will be as follows: Mon - Army style fitness Training on Spencer Park (meet at studio) Tue - Fight club, fast & fun mixture of boxing & kickboxing moves Wed - Out-Fit, circuit style training on Spencer Park Thu - Gym circuit at ICE studio Fri - Power Pilates, stretch your aching muscles & tone all those that you didn't even know existed! Although sessions will be hard work, all fitness levels are welcome. Don’t underestimate yourself, with a little encouragement you’ll be surprised at how much you can do!
