10 DAYS OF FITNESS Mon 12th - Fri 23rd Jan
To kick start the New Year we are offering you the chance to take part in our 10 day fitness challenge to rid your body of excess festive pounds and have you feeling like a new man/woman! This boot camp type regime will work on all aspects of your fitness and will take place Mon-Fri for a 2 week period... if you’re scared of early mornings and/or hard work stop reading now! Places on this course are limited to 10 so book early to avoid disappointment! Your place will not be confirmed until payment has been received click here to book online. The cost for the 10 days is £100. The itinerary will be as follows: Week 1 Mon: Fitness test & military style training, Wandsworth Common (meet at studio). Tue: Fight Club – Boxercise type session incorporating boxing, kickboxing & martial arts in the ICE Studio. Wed: Power Pilates – Stretch and tone, ICE Studio, Option 6 or 7am. Thu: Circuit Training – Mixture of aerobic and resistance exercise. ICE Studio Fri: Cardio day – Running, walking, jumping and whatever else we can think of! Wandsworth Common.
