REHABILITATION THERAPY

Our unique approach combines 3D functional movement and fascia care, making it incredibly effective for rehabilitation.

While traditional physiotherapy is excellent for healing the specific area of an injury and getting you back on your feet, we go one step further. We specialise in fully integrating that recovered area back into the rest of your body.

We have a deep understanding that the body works as one complete, connected system. We know exactly how everything links together – for example, how your right foot connects to your left hand, or how when your left shoulder moves forward, your right hip shifts back. The body truly moves as a single, integrated unit.

Our process starts by focusing locally on the area of concern, and then we carefully rebuild those connections throughout your whole body using specific mobility, stability, and balance techniques.

We also have a specially designed piece of equipment called the True Stretch cage. This is fantastic for providing maximum support and stability while you are recovering, if needed.

Using this cage, we are able to perform true three-dimensional stretching. We can position your body exactly where it needs to be, allowing for a deep, effective stretch that improves mobility across your entire system all at once.

Rehabilitation therapy can help with:

  • Muscle strains/tears
  • Joint/ligament sprains
  • Tendinitis
  • Overuse injuries
  • RSI (repetitive strain injuries)
  • Knee pain
  • Back pain
  • Shin splints

Each Session will involve:

A thorough assessment of the injury and related biomechanics. Treatment may include massage, joint mobilisation and stretching to help reduce pain and inflammation, speed the healing process, and increase range of movement.

A remedial exercise prescription to strengthen damaged tissue, correct muscle imbalances, increase stability around joints and improve proprioception (neuromuscular control). This may be completed at home or in a gym.

Rehabilitation therapy is provided by a Graduate Sports Rehabilitator (GSR) or Sports Therapist. All our therapists are fully certified members of the British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers (BASRaT) or a similar governing body.

Home visits can sometimes be arranged (subject to availability) across South West London, including Wandsworth, Clapham, Balham, Battersea, Earlsfield, Southfields, Wimbledon, Putney, Barnes and Fulham. Home visits may incur a small additional charge.
