Refund Policy

All customers purchasing on this website are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase provided none of the sessions purchased have been used.

Once a customer has begun using a block of sessions they are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you are unsure if you will like the service you are signing up for (e.g. personal training) please do a taster session before signing up for a block of sessions.

Cancellations

We operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy, any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. If you have signed up for a block of sessions then one session will be deducted.

Expiry

Please see individual products under 'book online' for expiry times, but in general blocks of 5 sessions are valid for 2 months, blocks of 10 sessions are valid for 4 months and gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase. Please ensure when you purchase a block of sessions for yourself you will be able to complete the course.

Regular Bookings

We encourage our clients to choose regular time slots which they will attend each week, we then keep your time slots open for you to have first refusal on bookings. However if you cannot make your session/s for more than 2 consecutive weeks we may not be able to hold that time slot open for you and you will need to see what is available on your return. This especially applies to peak time slots.
