"I have used Ice Fitness several times over the past few years. During the most recent occasion, I tasked them with helping me lose the 4 stone of baby weight I had put on during my 2nd pregnancy. My personal goal was to lose the weight by the time my son was 18 weeks old, as I was going on a beach holiday, and wanted to feel confident in a bikini! From the 6th week after my son's birth, up until he was 18 weeks old, I had a mixture of one-to-one personal training and pilates sessions each week. I also received general diet and health advice in order to help me reach my target weight.The trainers at Ice were fantastic. Always motivational, and very understanding of the needs of a post c-section client; the workouts I did were always suited to my ability, and pushed me far harder than if I'd chosen to go to a gym by myself.I was ecstatic when I reached my pre-baby weight in time for our holiday, looking more toned and feeling far fitter than I ever had, and so in a 3 month period, they had helped me achieve my ultimate goal. "I have been training with Clinton for over a year now and have really enjoyed the varied and challenging sessions he comes up with for me. He takes the time to understand what my personal goals are and tailors my work outs so that they meet these goals. "I contacted Ice Fitness 3 years ago because I struggled to get to the gym on a regular basis. I felt I was traveling down the unwanted path to middle age but not being in the best shape I could be in. My personal goal was to "get fit" - I didn't necessarily want to lose weight I just wanted to be more toned and fit. I met regularly with Vanessa and after a few months the transformation started to be visible and this encouraged me to attend regular 2-3 times per week sessions. 3 years on I've lost over a stone in weight (I was just under 10 stone when I started...but as I said it wasn't about weight loss) and down 2 dress sizes! I am so pleased with my overall health and fitness level and I give the highest praise and credit to Vanessa. She is focused on my goals and works to help me meet them including stretching and helping my lower back pain. We often discuss how we wish we had taken "before" and "after" pictures.
