I really enjoy that it is an all body work out, you are working against your body weight and therefore push yourself each week as you improve. I also like the groups are kept to a max. of 4 so you still feel you are getting individual attention. "I have used Amy for 1-1 personal training and pilates. She is always cheerful and chatty, distracting you from the hard exercises she is making you do. Certainly felt the benefit from it, particularly when I was pregnant. Having had a baby i joined 'prams in the park'. As I rarely even run for a bus, finding myself jogging round Wandsworth Park with my baby in a pram was quite a surprise. But the variety of exercises and social aspect kept me going and I recovered my pre-pregnancy weight within 3 months by attending 2 sessions a week. I was probably the fittest I have been in years.
