"I have used Amy for 1-1 personal training and pilates. She is always cheerful and chatty, distracting you from the hard exercises she is making you do. Certainly felt the benefit from it, particularly when I was pregnant. Having had a baby i joined 'prams in the park'. As I rarely even run for a bus, finding myself jogging round Wandsworth Park with my baby in a pram was quite a surprise. But the variety of exercises and social aspect kept me going and I recovered my pre-pregnancy weight within 3 months by attending 2 sessions a week. I was probably the fittest I have been in years. Looking forward to rejoining when baby number 2 has arrived!"

"I see Amy on a regular basis for sports massage. The two things she helps me with are work related stress problems and tight muscles from circuit training. She is excellent at relieving both, albeit not always relaxing as she, as gently as possible, digs into knotty problems! "I have been training with Clinton for over a year now and have really enjoyed the varied and challenging sessions he comes up with for me. He takes the time to understand what my personal goals are and tailors my work outs so that they meet these goals. In the past, he has willingly adapted my programme when I have been on holiday countdown mode and instructed him that I need to get in bikini shape asap, and has more recently adapted my programme to suit my needs during the early stages of pregnancy. He has really gone the extra mile in recent weeks by seeking out extra information on exercising during pregnancy and passing this on to me. I intend to keep training with Clinton for as long as possible during my pregnancy and am relying on him to get me back into shape once the baby has been born!!"
